I ordered this Wen product to use on several of my clients and it has dried their hair out. Can't even hold a curl after a day of styling. Couldn't figure it out until I stopped using Wen.I canceled my order so that my card won't be charged. To my surprise, they charged my card twice for $47.50 two weeks after each other. Had to cancel account and let my bank dispute the matter. I eventually got all my money back but now I keep being billed $100 for a product I canceled ahead of time and will never be interested in using even again. This company is a bunch of theives stealing people money. Pigs will fly before I give you money stealing voltures get a dime.

Perricone via Guthie-Renker (they are eroding Perricone's good name)

Similar to other consumers, I have been given the royal runaround by G-R. They removed money from my account without sending product and attempts to have them do the right thing (for an entire month) have failed. Having made numerous phone calls to them, I have heard the same scripted message (live) from several different agents as well as 3 different supervisors that my money would be refund in 3 to 5 business days. I have been repeatedly told that the previous person processed my refund incorrectly....that was the problem. THEY were going to make everything right, and in 3 to 5 working days, voila, my money would re-appear. Hah. Apparently, they have never heard the phrase "good will"...and if they have, there is zero interest in the concept. The WORST customer service -- or customer service policies -- I have ever experienced in my long life. I think we should join together in a CLASS-ACTION suit to stop this abuse against the consumers who unwittingly shop by way of Guthie-Renker.

I sent there products back and now more than a month on i still havent got my Money back! All i keep getting told is speak to your bank. This is ***! There qwick to take money off you! you can never get through to speak to someone in customer care on the phone and if your lucky and you do dont hold your breathe because they just *** you even more. 60 day money back guarantee hahah dont make me laugh! And be ware they dont take your money by direct debit they ent your account details every time.

Terrible service. Cancelled my wen subscription over a year ago. They still continued to send me products. I called every month since to ensuree it was cancelled and was told it was. Still was sent bills and products. Sent the products back. They claimed that they didnt receive it and the only way I could have the bills for their mistaken shipments removed were to sign an affidavit with the tracking numbers. And if I didnt sign it they would send me to collections for non payment. For their mistake. I called again tonight and spoke with a manger who told me that although I "may" have called in every month to cancel she still saw my account as active and said I was still responsible for paying for their mistake. I didnt even get an apology. I asked her if I could finally ensure that the account was cancelled and she said "maam we will cancel the account when you send the affidavit or pay our bill. Until you do you will continue to incur late charges." My response "maam, ive called every month for over a year to have this cleared up and you want me to pay for your mistake? " her response "its company policy." Ok so let me get this staight you send someone who didnt order product your product and then harrass them for payments. Gotcha. So I wonder if I can send that manager a pencil and then bill her for it and expect her to pay it. If she doesnt ill just send it to collections. This is a TERRIBLE WAY TO TREAT CONSUMERS!!!!!!

Amanda Whelan, my husband bought me sheer cover as a Christmas gift, the offer was for 39.99e plus p&p . They subsequently deducted 130.00e from our account.

We had to cancel our cards Christmas eve and couldn't access money over the holidays. We are reporting this to the authorities and also to rte TV where we saw the offer , this is fraud .

I'm having same issue with the Sheer Cover I wish I had never ordered it. I let it go to collections.

I had to change credit cards to get it to stop.

They can kiss my *** if they think I'm paying collections anything.

Worst customer service experience in the free world

Torturous phone tree, deliberately disturbing on-hold music to encourage call abandonment, wait times of 20 minutes or more, and no way for the agent to eliminate automatic payments totally $172 for a product I did not order. Ready to file a lawsuit. Guthy Renker began re-sending products and debiting my account even though I had cancelled a recurring order a year earlier. Numerous calls to call center ended in frustration. I mad additional calls to Perricone MD's line (Guthy Renker is subcontracted) and had no response. Why do I have to enter at least 100 words? Very very very strange.

I've had the same experience. Tried to use the email system to cancel the *** product I ordered. However, the site only allows for re-order.

So I called the 800 number only to reach someone who barely spoke ENGLISH and then told I would receive a confirmation email within 24-48 hours. Email NEVER received and GUTHY RENKER continues to TRY to charge my credit card.

DO NOT ORDER ANY PRODUCT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS COMPANY, i.e. WEN HAIR CARE, or MEANINGFUL BEAUTY.

SCAM. Cancelled but they continue to bill me. Took it up with AMEX and GR sent a six page letter using someone else's account information to explain why they would not cancel my order but GR sent me an email contradicting the letter where they state my order was cancelled in August. Why then did they charge me for a shipment in late September which was never shipped? When disputed they refunded the product cost but not the shipping. Am now disputing that. GR are unethical rogues. As for calling customer service, it's impossible to override the droning commercials and the wait time is excessive. The product smells of fish after three weeks - beware of that. IF, and it's huge IF, I ever buy this stuff again, I'll buy it on EBay. How are these scammers still in business and who would even work for such an outfit?

Canceld Auto Shipment Today.

I canceled my order today and was told that confirmation numbers for cancellations are not provided. I asked how I would be able to prove that I canceled the auto shipment, and was told that "I can call in at any time" I noted the date and time of the call and took the individual's name. I am hoping I do not have to call again, and that another shipment does not show up at my door. I will update this information next month to log my experience. Also, the number I was given to call to cancel was 1-80*-567-****.

Billed for something not received

I have just gotten off the phone with another hapless sale s person at Guthy-Renker. I called to ask for my credit card to be refunded for two months worth of "auto billing" on product I have never received.

The Wen hair product line by Chaz Dean left my hair feeling greasy and a sheer disaster when it was left to air dry. I was prepared to take the purchase price as a loss & chalk it up to the pit falls of trying something new but when I called in to have the 2 months worth of product never received refunded I was told I had agreed to a 3mth supply and that I was being billed for it each month. Um, I certainly did not agree to that & the products I received were the exact kit advertised at $29.95 in their infomercial.

Now I'm being told there is no way they'll give me a refund and there is conveniently no supervisor on hand to talk to. I will never do business with this company again and will do whatever I can to get back the $60 stolen from my account.

The PerriconeMD product caused a rash and left my skin sore when touched, the face wash burned my skin even after washing it off for a few days, when I called for a refund I was not told to return the kit after I asked if I should, but only not to use or give it away and that a refund would be applied in about 4-6 weeks. Three months later I'm told that they never give back money only a credit on their books and close the account. So I'm left with a skin reaction and out of a lot of money. Do NOT BUY !

For all of you who got roped into the "free gift" vitamins when you ordered WEN, the phone number to cancel the vitamins is 888-848-****. I'm hoping this post will show up in a google search, because I had a *** of a time finding the damn thing.

I love my WEN. The only concession I've made is using a regular shampoo once a week to remove build-up on my roots, followed by the WEN.

The Endless Youth Vitamins, on the other hand, has a very poor business model. I've not tried the actual product, but when I was sent another shipment of them and billed almost $70, I knew I didn't need them. I called Guthy-Renker, who didn't help me (because they didn't have my information on file, but yet they have my credit card info?!), and then I called WEN. the lady I spoke to there was very pleasant and gave me the number for the shyster vitamin company.

When I called, the lady was very pleasant, and I explained to her the steps I had to take in order to contact them. I also asked if the $70 would be a monthly charge, or a straight charge for the 90 day supply I received. "That would be the MONTHLY charge" she replied. I then told her, "*** no,cancel it!" Which she did... I hope. After I return the product, I am guaranteed a full refund. Supposedly. I'll have to wait and see what happens...

I just wanted to share the contact info for this shady company for others who may be in the same boat.

They keep auto billing me despite calling and emailing. The say that my account is closed but I still get charged. It has been going on for 4 months. After the 3rd payment, I had the credit card company block it. The smug woman last time only replied with you should have read the fine print. It is an attitude that is terrible. The are certainly not interested in customers. I hope they send me something so I can send it back. How pathetic they are. It is an experience to avoid. I would rank this as a scam with a smile.
