I ordered a one time supply. Thirty days later, I received another supply, with a summary of the future charges and supplies I had ordered. I called customer service. They told me that my one order AUTOMATICALLY enrolled me in the automated delivery. She said she would cancel my CLUB MEMBERSHIP - that I never enrolled in, however,they would not refund the handling, and would not stop fututre charges for my balance due!!! AND that they would take four to six WEEKS to process my return. My advice: Do not order. They have fine print that allows them to send future supplies, they will not refund, they will not stop future charges. The product did nothing for me, either.

I ordered the product and they got me on a 3 month cycle at about $100. 

BUt I discovered it made very little difference to my normal routine. So I called to stop the next shippment. The lady on the other end kept saying she couldn't find me in the systems so she couldn't close my account. Well that didn't help me and I couldn't justify a bottle of shapoo for 25 bucks a pop. So I sent them my information in a email and told them I would except any more shippments. I even sent another email telling them if they sent me any more product I would pay for it. Well my 3month roll around and my account was charged anothe $100 bucks. So I contacted my credit card company showed them my emails where I told Wen I didn't want there project. The CC company reversed the charges giving me my money back. BUt a month later I get my normal shippment! None of the other shippments any any sticker telling me if I wanted to send it back the instruction were inside and I have to open before I could send it back. Well the law states you don't have to pay of any thing you haven't order. So after all the trouble they put me thru as I tried three times to tell them I no longer wanted their product. I have half a mind to do nothing and let them eat their losses. I know some people have said they had no problem opting out of the program it was not the case with me.

AND THAT IS STUPID CRAP...SORRY. I JUST CANT BELIEVE THIS IS HAPPENING TO ME AND ITS NOT EVEN THE MONEY ITS JUST THAT WOW THE 1ST TIME I EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING ONLINE I GET SCREWED HA AND BY A GUY AND HIS COMPANY WHO SELL HAIR PRODUCTS SOMETHING I DIDN'T EVEN REALLY NEED I HAVE NOW SPENT 127.75 ON AND I HOPE TO GOD I DON'T RECEIVE ANOTHER SHIPMENT ANYMORE B/C I HAVE CANCELED EVERYTHING!!!! :(

It seems odd to me that a lot of people are complaining about getting their money back. If you can't afford it, don't buy it! Geesh, its just a hair care product.

I believe it's because of gunthy-renker their sponsor. I ordered the skin line Proactive thru them and had the same issue of being sent future orders that I did not want. I wound up letting my checking account go and changing to a new one so they wouldn't have my informtion on their system.

:) I LOVE WEN!!!!! If you can't read everything when you order something then maybe you should stick to going to discount stores. I knew that they enrolled me in a discount program and it wasn't fine print. It is plainly written in the information they send to you with the product. I called and easily got myself off the list. Once you try WEN you will never use shampoo again!

I am interested in trying Wen Hair products but am very disappointed with all of the negative comments. Someone who has stated something negative, were there any positives for you using this product? I suppose it was just too good to be true. I would appreciate any more feedback before I make a final decision whether to purchase this product or not. Thank you!

It's so strange hearing this. I've use Wen for about 4 years and love, love, love it. It's the best product I've ever used on my hair.I've never had any problems. Where are you ordering from? Hmmm,

This product is awful. Had the same experience. The product left all of our hair limp and oily, also with itchy scalps. I specifically declined the auto-ordering program when i ordered online, but got charged the second month. Called to dispute, but was told that they wouldn't remove the charge until I returned the product. What if it gets lost in the mail? Because the company has been so dishonest, I'm going to return the first shipment (partially used), and demand my money back. I've reported the fraudulent charge to my credit card company. Hope they can help.

Yes. Be very aware. Not only call customer service# 800 964 1892, put report it to your credit card company too. They will keep an eye on future charges, if they try to attempt mysterious unauthorized ones. I also suggest for future online purchases to use your credit cards and not your atm bank cards that are directly linked to your checking accounts.

yeah...its funny you cant find the number, becouse its on every one of your credit card statements. 1-800-964-1892. these people helped me and i have had no further problems.
