Spam emails

Everyday I receive 40-60 emails from these people. When I try to have my email UNSUBSCRIBED they disable the link. This company is deeply unethical. I have never purchased anything from them and I do not know how they got my email. They must be using trollsWtf

I want to know how can I contact someone who will put an end to this.

I have a strong suspicion that this company is in bed with the NIGERIAN SCAMMERS and they are both exchanging emails. Or they maybe a wholly owned susiderary of the WEST AFRICAM SCAM organization.

The NIGERIAN EFCC should be contacted and asked to Investigate.

I have received many of their Scam emails and continue to this day.

If they are using the same email constantly, you can block it. I would also forward it to your ISP abuse department since they are unwanted emails.

Don't go near these guys. They are the masters of the fine print. You will be locked into ongoing payments that can't be cancelled. STAY AWAY from them. We paid for our initial products fully and then funds kept being deducted without any new products arriving. We then cancelled the membership and blocked them from our credit card and then one year later had a debt agency chasing money for them. It was easier to pay than fight but buyer beware. GUTHY RENKER AU are CROOKS!!! You can buy the products in local retailers - a lot safer and supports local business.

I had cancelled the crepe erase

I had being cancelled the crepe erase and they still sent me the products. I had call them and they assure me that it is cancelled and they still billing me.

At the beginning the told me that it going to ber only 3 months, they have being 6 months and still send me the bill. I will return the products but I keep waiting the return form that they said is going in my email in 4 to 7 days. Liar and more liar.

Chances are you were put on a postponement. Your account was marked as a save so the rep can get a bonus.

You get an email in 24 hours upon successful cancellation. Call back and ask for a supervisor for account cancellation

Your company has ROBBED me...AGAIN!!!

Some months ago I purchased a product called "crepe erase" from you guys for my wife. She didn't like it, so the following month I called to discontinue any further purchase of your product. At the end of the call your representative assured me that the matter was handled, and I didn't have to be concerned about any further payments coming out of my account. But since that call, I've received TWO MORE BOXES of the product that I DO NOT WANT (that I was ASSURED by you guys would immediately be discontinued), and NOW AS OF 9:00pm Friday, I have been BILLED ONCE AGAIN!!! NOW if I don't get my money back (2×$47.29 by the end of business on Monday, Tuesday I will be taking legal action against you, and outting you to the media in regards to your illegal business practices!!!

I ordered some proactiv+ products for my niece to try, I was signed up for a subscription and money kept being taken out of my account each month, I called to cancel but money was still being taken out of my account. I had to pay £4.40 to send the next parcels back to them recorded delivery. They said they will issue me a refund however I have yet to see this refund so far they have taken more than £55 from my account which I did not know I was signing up for a subscription. Do not buy anything Proactiv + from them or any products they hide there name by the website but it comes up as Guthy Renker on your bank account.

Buyer beware this company take money without CLEARLY telling you. We bought proactive then exactly a month later they tried to take £35 without permission. It is in the small print that they can keep sending you products you don’t want.

My wife called to cancel, but Guthy Renker will NOT stop taking money out of our checking account. It says you can cancel by phone, but I guess that doesn't account for much, because they keep charging us for products we do not want. I can't say online just how angry and frustrated I am when I see my account activity and those "gosh darn" charges are there, again. Guthy Renker has cost us upwards of a thousand dollars, counting overdraft fees! They seem inhuman and uncaring to me. Why won't they stop? Do they "do" all their customers this way? How are they able to make it so difficult to cancel an order? I never will order any product associated with Guthy Renker ever, ever again as long as I live and breathe! This situation has caused our family so much stress, I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. I hope Guthy Renker reads this because they have to realize many, many people are going through the same situation as we are. This is worse than getting a chain letter, if you ask me!

Yep, this happens to every customer. It is in the terms and conditions on their website.Ask for a supervisor to get cancelled and a return label

Ordered for only one time and paid but they charged from account next month again . Called them to stop charging if I paid for one order and another month charged again called them again please remove as from your account they said ok. After received another two bills but I changed my account number and they put me on collection.

I deal with QVC and when I rec'd an email for some trial product from Guthy Renker I just thought it was because I bought IT products in the past. I sent for the trial and then started to get full size product that I did not want. They kept sending the product and I notified them immediately. They wouldn't take back anything they had sent and I told them I wanted to cancel immediately. I paid the bill for the last one and now I'm receiving bills for things I didn't order or receive. You can't get it settled. On the phone they agree with you and then you start getting bills and hounding phone calls again. I'm sending them one more letter. The amount they're trying to collect is $43.94 and they've spent more than that already on postage and paying people to harass me. I'm done with them and their craziness.

This company is a total scam. I ordered one thing and kept sending me things and billing me. I reported them to Visa and Visa remove the charge from my account. Report them if they do that to you.

I'm disheartend to see so mny negative reviews. I've been a vry satisfied customer for 2+ yrs. Products are all outstanding! My initial prblms stemmd frm not understandin they have multiple sites: main (a la carte) & subscription (create ur own kit, w/3-8 pieces). I've orderd frm both mny times. CS has been xlnt!! Replacing products, w/o question or charge, bc I didn't like shades, & I didn't have to return originals. U can change quantity, contents &/or suspend subscriptions online w/ease. Most prblms appear to be related to having multiple sites: products, availability & rules change (ie, mny products on main site, are not available on subscription site). Good luck & enjoy.

IT Cosmetics and Gu thy Renner SUCK!

Do NOT order from IT Cosmetics!! I CANCELLED all future automatic shipments after I rec'd the 3rd shipment in 01/2017, and, returned it, IN WHOLE, of which I, finally, rec'd what they billed me for, less S/H. I have since been billed for 3 additional shipments.....2 of which were returned to them, UNOPENED, and, 1 of which I never even received. They have credited me for one of those 3 additional shipments, but, having been charged a total of $161,82, the total credited amount has only been $95.91. I am SO DONE with IT Cosmetics and Guthy Renker! I am going to the FTC; my bank will, no longer allow any further debits from IT Cosmetiics, and, my post office is in the process of filing their own claim against this company and will no longer "accept" any future shipments from IT Cosmetics to me. No ethics; no integrity; no honesty. I STRONGLY urge anyone who may be thinking about ordering their cosmetics (which, unfortunately, are quite good) at all! I did not sign up for their "subscription program"/automatic shipments every 12 weeks. And, I have called them too many times to count. They continue to lie to me, with every call, and then, I see another charge to my bank account. I AM DONE!!!

This company takes advantage of people. There is no disclosure that they will continually charge your credit card. There is no way to opt out when you order these products from it being charged to your account on a regular basis and I only see it when there with Doing business with this company. I will never order any of these products again because they use this company.

Customer Service is fine - online site needs work.

Be careful when using the "customization" offered online. Apparently mine did not go through. If you want to customize, I strongly suggest you do it over the phone (Personally, I think their customer service is fine). I had deferred shipments so there is more time in between (ended up with too much product) and reduced the amount of product rec'd to only 3 items instead of 7. I still received the shipments at regular pace and with all products. Customer service took care of refunding the last 2 shipments (one that has not arrived) with an offer for me to not return and keep the product. That's cool, except now I have 4 boxes (each with 7 items) of product that have not been touched (total of 28 items), and many items I do not like and will not use, that I still paid for (refund for 2 boxes, but still billed/paid for 2). This is the last time I will order a product that does automatic Bill & Ships. It's a good concept, but their website needs to work (cancellation and customization did not go through for me) when customization occurs. Less problematic to order manually / over the phone. Customer Service did their best, it just sucks that they got stuck with an unsatisfied customer due to a possible website error.

I made this mistake 2x now - so please don't fall for it. The first time was more than 7 years ago with the Wen hair product. I was billed even after cancellation, they don't want the product returned. I though "never again", until I read good reviews about the IT cosmetic products, even though sold by the same GR company... "maybe it changed and I will make sure to read every small print and play by the book". Nope, played by the book, followed the dates mentioned and still receiving bills. It is not about the money at this point, it is about the principal.
