I order the WEN hair products.Recieved vitamins as a free gift.

Was charged for them. I returned the vitamins called and canceled the order and they told me my money would be returned. Instead I got charged again for them. I canceled my card thru the bank and I don't know how they charged me again.

I guess I'm going to have to close my entire bank account. What a crock this company is.

It's not like I have the money to just give away.I'm so pissed and my bank cant even figure out how they are charging more money to my account.

Monetary Loss: $29.
