I ordered this last week. After the order had shipped, I discovered they'd enrolled me in an automatic shipping program, which had NOT been made clear at the time I ordered.
I called to cancel. The shipment had already left and they couldn't stop it--whatever. However, three days AFTER the effective date of my account cancellation, they sent ANOTHER package and are claiming they can't stop that one either. I have gone round and round with them and have received no satisfaction.
I guarantee I will be refusing the package. If this happens again I'll be contacting authorities.
