I had being cancelled the crepe erase and they still sent me the products. I had call them and they assure me that it is cancelled and they still billing me.

At the beginning the told me that it going to ber only 3 months, they have being 6 months and still send me the bill. I will return the products but I keep waiting the return form that they said is going in my email in 4 to 7 days. Liar and more liar.

Chances are you were put on a postponement. Your account was marked as a save so the rep can get a bonus.

You get an email in 24 hours upon successful cancellation. Call back and ask for a supervisor for account cancellation
