Not transparent
When I ordered a trial size for $48.12. I did not know they would be putting me on auto ship and I would be owing 3 more months of payments of $90.90.
I returned it and still no refund or word from them. When I call I am placed on hold for a long time and you cannot email them either

Im trying to reach principal secret regarding a subscription order and I never get an answer. So I know Gunther Renker mails the packages to the recipients of principal secret so I thought going through them would help. But I have not heard anything.
No Answer on your phone lines
I have been trying to get through for three days by phone and chat and no answer back by the company. I want to process a return for Principal Secret and your company has horrible customer service! Are you running a scam by charging people and when they want a refund your company is impossible to contact.

Don't do it!
This site auto renewed a product without permission. I am so aggravated to have to deal with this and trying to get answers and a refund. Tried to cancel order before sent and unfortunately no one is apparently reading these emails!

sent email terminating a previous contract with them and replied that I didn't want any future deliveries. They did cancel that subscription but haven't replied to the current cancellation requests.

I cannot get anyone on the phone or an address to return my items. I bought one item to try, they sent me more in a couple weeks and charged my card $113!
I didnt even want it and now I cannot find out how to return it.
This company sucks. They are not sub-plasma d, its different so dont buy anything from them in my opinion

I ordered a ONE TIME product last month from them. Imagine the surprise when I see that I have a $91.32 charge from them for new products that i did not order. I have emailed the company with no response.

How to return- no instructions in box, only ingredient list
They won't answer their phone - no instructions to return. Took me three hours to cancel a bogus subscription - I work for a lawyer and had to involve them for a letter. Now they don't tell you how to return to get a refund for a product I never ordered.

Don’t waste your time, they never respond
No one answered after waiting 5 minutes for them to pick up
I was a customer for 10 years and the woman I spoke to gave me the same answer that I cancelled my subscription and she could not renew it. I did not cancel, I was told if I only wanted 2 items she would cancel the subscription and send me the 2 items, never telling me I could never order again. I love this daily moisturizer , I have no wrinkles and Im 71 years old. I want to order.
No other place carries it. I called customer service once before and a supervisor called back and said to order online at natural advantage. Com said there was no such url so send me a link, still waiting.
The phone at the California office says I could leave a message but then says not available to call back at another time. I really need to get this product!
When you find something that works you want to keep using it. Can someone please help me find the all day moisturizer?

Your company does not stand behind the products they sell I still have the product in the box with no way of returning it after asking for that information several times. I have opened a case with PayPal. You literally have no customer service.
I need to return these products. All of my emails have gone unanswered.
I would like instructions on how to get this product back to you for a refund.

I have used this product everyday, twice a day for six weeks with no results at all. Most disappointed as your advertising indicates positive results. This is not a a cheap product.
As the product did not meet your advertising I think you should reimburse cost of product, Polyphenol dark spot remover.

Ive tried to cancel this subscription numerous times by phone & email, thought i had it solved & woke up to another "authorized " payment to your company. It was not authorized but reverse charge, fully cancel subscription & send confirmation of cancelation to my above email or i get my lawyer involved. Thank you

I could not get in touch with anyone to cancel my subscription. My next order was due in August.
On my credit card statement I was billed for a "kit" that was never received. This coming is a total scam.
I am going to work with my credit card company since I cannot get in touch with anyone at Guthy Renker. DO NOT do business with this company.

But you did cancel. You were given fair warning (from the sounds of what you wrote) that 2 items fell below their minimum.
The rep offered to let you buy the two but would cancel your subscription. You agreed. That’s canceling. Obviously there was some sort of benefit for you not to buy more or there was some monthly fee or some sort of subscription cost.
If there was no recurring subscription or minimum purchase/time period then they should sell you what you want at today’s price. If there is a recurring fee, you would need to pay for all the months from cancellation date till today ( or date you place a new order).
