I returned and cancelled the product they sent which they refunded. Then they continued to send the hair care product and charge me.

I did not even accept the package from the postman and now they are refusing to refund my money. I have been calling and emailing them for months. When you email them no matter what you say in the email you get the exact same generic email back. When I first spoke to the customer service they told me I have to prove that I sent I back.

How do I prove that when I never took the product from the mail carrier. Now they say its been too long there is nothing they can do about it, it hasn't even been a year!

Monetary Loss: $100.
