I ordered meaningful beauty wellness and they included a free bottle of vitamins with the order. I did not know that they would automatically start sending me vitamins until I reviewed my bank statement and they had debited my account twice.
I immediately called and questioned why they were debiting my account. they stated they mailed me a 90 day supply of vitamins and they were taking payments in three monthly debits. I stated I never received a 90 day supply nor did I want or ordered them.
I had to fill out an affidavit stating I never received them. This started happening in February and it is the end of June and, as yet, I haven't received my refund - just keep getting "past due" notices for the third payment since when I called they cancelled the account and stopped the automatic deductions from my charge card.
Monetary Loss: $66.
